1

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the EngineerToFounder ("E2F", "we", "us") website, founder program, mentorship services, and community features (collectively, the "Services"). By creating an account, submitting an application, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

2

Eligibility

The Services are designed for engineering students and recent graduates who are at least 16 years old. By using the Services, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and truthful.

3

Description of Services

E2F provides a structured founder journey, including:

  • A multi-phase Startup Founder Program (Problem Discovery, Idea Validation, Build MVP, and Launch Startup)
  • Mentorship from founders, product leaders, and investors
  • A founder community for team formation, discussion, and networking
  • Startup incubation support, including MVP building and go-to-market guidance

We may add, modify, or discontinue features of the Services at any time, and program content, structure, and duration may evolve between cohorts.

4

User Accounts and Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

Accounts are assigned a role (Student, Mentor, or Admin), and access to certain features is restricted based on this role.

5

Application and Admission Process

Submitting a founder program application does not guarantee admission. Applications are reviewed at our discretion based on factors including problem-solving ability, founder potential, and program fit. We reserve the right to accept, reject, waitlist, or request additional information from any applicant, and to update application requirements between cohorts.

6

Community Guidelines and User Conduct

When using community features, you agree not to:

  • Harass, threaten, or discriminate against other users or mentors
  • Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information
  • Share confidential information about other founders or their startups without consent
  • Use the platform for spam, solicitation, or unauthorized commercial activity
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data

We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these guidelines.

7

Mentorship Program Terms

Mentors participate in a voluntary or program-affiliated capacity to provide guidance, feedback, and industry perspective. Mentorship sessions are advisory in nature. E2F does not guarantee specific business outcomes, funding, or introductions as a result of mentorship, and mentor availability may vary by cohort.

8

Intellectual Property

The E2F name, logo, program curriculum, website content, and platform design are the property of EngineerToFounder and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without our prior written consent. You retain ownership of your own startup ideas, intellectual property, and content you create during the program.

9

User-Generated Content

Any content you submit through the Services (such as application responses, project updates, or community posts) remains yours, but by submitting it you grant E2F a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and reference that content within the platform for the purpose of operating and improving the Services (for example, showcasing program outcomes or facilitating mentorship).

10

Fees and Payments

Applying to the Startup Founder Program is currently free. If we introduce paid offerings in the future (such as premium mentorship or incubation services), the applicable fees, billing terms, and refund policy will be clearly disclosed before you are charged.

11

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct harmful to E2F, other users, or the community. You may also request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us.

12

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. E2F makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or outcomes of the program, mentorship, or community content. To the fullest extent permitted by law, E2F shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services, including business losses or failed startup ventures. See our Disclaimer for additional details.

13

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EngineerToFounder, its founders, employees, and affiliated mentors from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Services.

14

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

15

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will update the "Last Updated" date above whenever changes are made.
